How to Use Prospect on The Org to Search and Filter People

Prospect on The Org is a powerful tool that helps users search and filter professionals based on various criteria. Whether you're looking for industry leaders, executives, or specific professionals, Prospect allows you to streamline your search efficiently.

Accessing Prospect

While logged in, navigate to the Prospect page, which can also be found on the top navigation bar. You will need a Premium or Enterprise level subscription to access Prospect.

Filtering People

Prospect allows you to refine search results using multiple filters. To apply filters, use the filters located on the left.

Below is a selection of common filters used by users:

Job Title – Find executives, managers, or other specific roles.

Company – Search within a specific organization.

Industry – Filter professionals by industry sector (e.g., Tech, Finance, Healthcare).

Location – Narrow results to a specific country or city.

Seniority Level – Search for C-level executives, directors, or managers.

Recent Updates – Find professionals who have recently changed roles or companies.

Once you apply the filters, the results will update dynamically based on your selections.

You can save the filters you have selected and track changes by clicking Save and selecting the tracking frequency. The saved filters will be accessible under the Saved tab.

Saving & Exporting Results

  • You can select the relevant individuals or use the Select Top or Select All options to bulk select positions for saving or exporting.

  • You can export to CSV or directly into your connected CRM.

  • The saved list of positions can be accessed from the Lists section at the top right.

Troubleshooting & Support

If you encounter any issues while using Prospect, try:

  • Refresh the Page – Ensure your filters are correctly applied.

  • Check Your Subscription – Some features may require a Premium or Enterprise plan.

  • Contact Support – Reach out to The Org’s customer support ([email protected]) for additional help.
