We define these guidelines to ensure a consistent experience across all company pages and minimize the risk of abuse. We reserve the right to make adjustments to company pages that do not live up to these guidelines. Verified companies risk losing their verified status if they do not live up to these guidelines. Consistent or egregious violation of the guidelines may lead to temporary or permanent suspension from the platform.

Must reference an active legal entity
Positions
Must reference a real role and person within a company
Should not be used to showcase vacant roles - use the Jobs feature instead
Should not be used to showcase departments - use the Teams feature instead
Should not include duplicate positions with separate functions
Name and position title should not be in the same text field
Jobs
Must reference a role that the company is actively hiring for
Org Chart
Should reflect the current state of the org chart
Should not be used for planning purposes
Offices
Must represent an actual physical location
Must have at least one employee physically present
Teams
Must represent an actual internal team
Must have at least one employee participating
