Refund and Cancellation Policy

What is your refund policy?

All payments made by you are non-refundable. You are not entitled to any refunds or credits for partially used service(s). However, at any time and for any reason, we may choose to provide a refund, discount, or other form of consideration. The amount and form of such consideration, as well as the decision to provide it, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of a refund, discount, or other consideration in one instance does not entitle you to, nor obligate us to provide, the same in the future.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any given time. To cancel your subscription, go to Manage Account to select Cancel Subscription. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the fees already paid, in accordance with the non-refundable policy above.


What happens if I cancel my account?

If you cancel, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the current subscription period. Please note that you will also lose all unused contact credits.
