How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any given time. To cancel your subscription, go to Manage Account, select Manage and then choose Cancel Subscription.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been successfully canceled.

Your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of your current subscription period. Please note that you will also lose any unused contact credits.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the fees already paid.
