How do I change my manager?

  1. Log in to your account and ensure that you’ve joined the company as a member.

  2. From your Home Page, go to Manage Community on the left-hand side.

  3. Click the “Expand” button next to your position and select “View Profile.”

  4. On your position page, click Expand, then Edit to make changes.

  5. In the Edit Position view, navigate to Manager & Teams. Search for your manager by entering their name or title.

  6. If you’re unable to find your manager, select “Remove from org chart” to move your position to the Unplaced section.

  7. You can then create a new position for your manager and move your unplaced position to report to them under the Org Chart tab.
