The Org and Workable Permissions:

When integrating The Org and your ATS, you’ll be able to import all your open roles directly into your org chart. The only data collected from your ATS import is:

We will not access any other data or information using the ATS integration. This data is collected to automatically upload your open roles.

Please note that it may take some time for the data to be imported to The Org. Sync time can vary depending on the size of your organization and data. We’ll send you an email when the import is done.

The Org automatically syncs with Workable every 6th hour. If you want changes reflected faster, click the sync button. If you delete a job on Workable, it will be reflected on The Org within 3 days.

To connect The Org and Workable to import jobs:

Step 1 - - Go to your Company Dashboard

Step 2 - - Go to the Jobs page, and click the Integrations tab

Step 3 - - Select Workable

Step 4 - - Enter your Workable subdomain. For example, if you sign in to Workable with "acme.workable", then “acme” is your subdomain

Step 5 - - Enter your API key. If you need help finding it, follow these instructions

Step 6 - - Click Submit and then click Finish setup

Step 7 - - Wait for your jobs to be synced or leave the page, while we import your jobs. This may take some time depending on the size of data (e.g. number of jobs)

Step 8 - - Review jobs and click Add manager to place your jobs directly in your org chart by adding managers to the open positions.

The Org syncs automatically with the ATS system every 6 hours. To view any changes or updates, navigate to the ATS Integration Tab. If you want to new updates to be reflected immediately, click Import.
