The Org and Permissions:
You must have a valid The Org login.
You must be a member of your organization on The Org in order to configure and sync to Greenhouse.
What data is collected from the ATS import?
When integrating The Org and your ATS, you’ll be able to import all your open roles directly into your org chart. The only data collected from your ATS import is:
Job title
Job description
Department
Location
Job post states
Job post creation date
Job post URL
We will not access any other data or information using the ATS integration. This data is collected to automatically upload your open roles.
Sync times
Please note that it may take some time for the data to be imported to The Org. Sync time can vary depending on the size of your organization and data. We’ll send you an email when the import is done.
The Org automatically syncs with Greenhouse every 6th hour. If you want changes reflected faster, click the sync button. If you delete a job on Greenhouse, it will be reflected on The Org within 3 days.
Connect The Org to Greenhouse
Step 1 - - Go to your Company dashboard.
Step 2 - - Go to the Jobs page, and click Connect Greenhouse.
Step 4 - - Enter your API Key and Job Board Token.
Step 5 - - Click Connect Greenhouse and jobs will begin syncing to The Org.
Step 6 - - Wait for your jobs to be synced or leave the page while we import your jobs. This may take some time depending on the size of data (e.g. number of jobs).
Step 7 - - Once the data has synced, review jobs and click Add manager to place your jobs directly in your org chart by adding managers to the open positions.
