Unplaced positions are positions that couldn’t be placed on the org chart due to various reasons - such as missing reporting lines, unclear team structures, or incomplete information. They are listed separately until they can be accurately positioned within the organization.

Members can view a list of unplaced positions and assign them to the org chart once a clear reporting line has been identified.

  1. Log in to your account and ensure that you’ve joined the company as a member.

  2. From your Home Page, go to Manage Community on the left-hand side.

  3. Open the Org Chart tab, and you’ll find unplaced positions listed at the top. Expand the view to see the full list of unplaced roles. To place a position on the org chart, click Add to Org Chart and select the appropriate manager.
