Upgrade, renew and manage your billing

Upgrade my account

Once your free trial concludes, you can upgrade your account by navigating to the subscriptions page and clicking Upgrade on the plan you wish to start. You can find the subscriptions page by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner.

You will be directed to a Stripe payment page where you can complete your subscription process by entering your payment information.


What is my renewal date?

Your subscription will renew automatically every month on the day which you signed up.

For example, if you signed up on March 15th, your account will be billed on the 15th of every month going forward.


Manage billing for my company

For any changes or modifications to your billing preferences, navigate to the subscriptions page and click Manage subscriptions under your current plan.


What are your refund and cancellation terms?

In the event you forget to cancel your free trial, we will refund and cancel your subscription if no credits have been used after the end of the free trial. If credits have been used or if you've had access to the product for more than 7 days after the end of the free trial, we cannot offer a refund.

We do not offer refunds for any other reason.


Cancel my subscription

You can cancel your subscription by navigating to the subscriptions page and clicking Manage subscriptions under your current plan.

You will be directed to a Stripe payment page where you can complete the cancellation process.


What happens to my account if I cancel?

If you cancel, your account will be reverted back to the free tier at the end of the current subscription period.
