Upgrade my account
You can upgrade your account by navigating to Manage Subscription and clicking Upgrade on your desired plan. You will then be directed to a Stripe payment page, where you can complete the process by following the prompts.
What is my renewal date?
Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same day your subscription started.
For example, if your subscription started on March 15, your account will be billed on the 15th of each following month.
Manage billing
For any changes or modifications to your billing preferences, navigate to the Manage Subscription to access the Stripe payment portal.
Cancel my subscription
To cancel your subscription, go to Subscription Settings while logged in. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is successful.
What are your refund terms?
If you forget to cancel your free trial, we will refund and cancel your subscription, provided no credits have been used after the trial period ends. However, if any credits have been used or if you have accessed the product for more than 7 days after the trial ends, we do not offer a refund.

What happens to my account if I cancel?
If you cancel, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the current subscription period. Please note that you will also lose all unused contact credits.
