Upgrade my account
Once your free trial concludes, you can upgrade your account by navigating to the Manage Subscription and clicking Upgrade on the plan you wish to select. You will then be directed to a Stripe payment page, where you can complete the process by following the prompts.
What is my renewal date?
Your subscription will renew automatically every month on the day which you signed up.
For example, if you signed up on March 15th, your account will be billed on the 15th of every month going forward.
Manage billing for my company
For any changes or modifications to your billing preferences, navigate to the Manage Subscription to access the Stripe payment portal.
What are your refund and cancellation terms?
If you forget to cancel your free trial, we will refund and cancel your subscription, provided no credits have been used after the trial period ends. However, if any credits have been used or if you have accessed the product for more than 7 days after the trial ends, we cannot offer a refund.
Cancel my subscription
You can cancel your subscription by navigating to the Subscription Settings while logged in. Select 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been canceled at the end of the subscription period.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
If you cancel, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the current subscription period. Please note that you will also lose all unused contact credits.
