How do I install the Hubspot enrichment app?

  1. Connect your HubSpot account using the hyperlink below. It will open in a new window, allowing you to keep these instructions handy.

  2. Login with your HubSpot credentials, not your The Org account.

  3. If you only have one HubSpot account, this step will be skipped automatically. Once you've installed The Org Enrichment app on your account, all users connected to that HubSpot instance can use the app to view org charts.

  4. You can find The Org app in the sidebar for any Company or Contact in your HubSpot account.

  5. Click View Org Chart to see the org charts for all Company and Contact data within HubSpot. Contacts that already exist in your HubSpot account will be highlighted with an orange for easy identification.

  6. For new contacts you wish to import into HubSpot, click Create Contact to resolve the contact information and add it to your HubSpot database.

  7. You will be charged one contact credit for each new contact you import into HubSpot.
